This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, credits, and refunds are handled when using NanoBatcher (“NanoBatcher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing a paid plan or credits, you agree to this policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase
- No credits have been used
- No image generation tasks were created or processed
- The account shows zero usage activity
If any credit has been used, even partially, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
- Credits have been used (fully or partially)
- A batch or single task was created
- The refund request is submitted after 24 hours
- The user is dissatisfied with results
- The service was misunderstood
- The account was suspended for abuse or ToS violation
- Accidental purchases or change of mind after usage
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at:

Include:
- Account email
- Order ID
- Reason for the request (optional)
Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be declined.
4. Credit Usage & Finality
Credits are deducted when a task is created.
Once credits are used:
- the purchase becomes final
- no refunds or partial refunds are issued
- unused credits remain available in the account
Credits do not expire.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider.
NanoBatcher does not store payment card details.
Approved refunds (when eligible) will be processed back to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
6. Failed Tasks & System Errors
If an image generation task fails due to a system error:
- the used credits are automatically refunded
- this does not count as a monetary refund
7. Chargebacks & Abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks or abuse of the refund policy may result in:
- account suspension
- permanent account termination
- loss of remaining credits
Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating disputes.
8. Policy Updates
NanoBatcher reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Changes will not affect purchases made before the update.
