NanoBatcher does not verify the legality, accuracy, or suitability of user content or generated outputs.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
NanoBatcher uses third-party AI models to generate images automatically.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be unpredictable
- results may vary even with similar inputs
- generated images may not meet your expectations
- NanoBatcher does not guarantee accuracy, quality, or consistency of outputs
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NanoBatcher to:
- upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- generate content intended for fraud, harassment, or deception
- attempt to bypass system limits, rate limits, or safeguards
- interfere with or disrupt the service or infrastructure
- resell or redistribute the service without permission
NanoBatcher reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Third-Party Services
NanoBatcher relies on third-party services, including AI generation APIs and hosting providers.
We are not responsible for:
- outages or failures of third-party services
- changes to third-party APIs
- limitations imposed by third-party providers
Your use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Payments and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- fees are billed according to the selected plan
- payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- failure to pay may result in account suspension
NanoBatcher may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
9. Data Retention
Uploaded files and generated outputs may be stored temporarily to provide the service.
NanoBatcher may delete:
- uploaded data
- generated images
- inactive projects
after a reasonable retention period, as described in our Privacy Policy or product documentation.
10. Termination
You may stop using NanoBatcher at any time.
NanoBatcher may suspend or terminate your access if:

- your use poses legal or technical risk

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
